A 17-year-old was shot driving in Little Village Sunday on the West Side.

He was driving east on 21st Street when someone wearing all black opened fire and struck him in the back, Chicago Police said.

The victim self-transported to Stroger Hospital where he was treated and released, police said.

No one was in custody.
