Chicago Bears: Aaron Rodgers leaving Green Bay would be a miracleon April 29, 2021 at 7:52 pm

A lot of this probably stems from last year’s draft. The Packers literally traded up to select a quarterback named Jordan Love. They went behind Rodgers’ back to make the move as well because the reports are that he had no idea it was happening. Now, about a year later, this story is what is being reported.

It also came on the day of the draft. The early morning reports were that the San Francisco 49ers offered Green Bay a lot to get their all-time great quarterback but the Packers declined. Now, the report makes so much more sense. If Rodgers doesn’t want to be there, it is hard to see him being there.

If the Bears traded up and selected a quarterback, fixed the offensive line a little bit, and Rodgers left the division, all of a sudden the 2021 season is looking much less bleak. This might be an unrealistic thing to happen but it sure sounds possible at this point. As mentioned before, it would be a complete miracle for the Bears.
