Welp — that’s it. The Chicago Bulls‘ season has come to an end. Well officially at least, because let’s be honest — their season was realistically over months ago. The news of the NBA’s likely return, which was announced Wednesday afternoon simply pulled the plug on their 2019-20 season, and potentially the tenure of head coach Jim Boylen.
When Arturas Karnisovas was hired, he promised to be very thoughtful and deliberative with the process of evaluating the organization from top to bottom. He’s now had nearly two months to conduct that review, with Marc Eversley, his new general manager, alongside him for six of those weeks.
