One of our favorite limited beers returns! Splash of Red ESB with tart cherry and Metric Coffee cold brew melds three unique flavors into one unforgettable experience. Tart cherry purée pairs perfectly with the bright and lively ESB while the chocolate earthiness of the coffee keeps everything in balance. With each sip the beer becomes more complex, more compelling, and more delicious.

12:00 pm • Straight Jacket, Vanilla Deth, and Blackberry Finn Release
Revolution Brewery Tap Room, 3340 N. Kedzie Ave., Chicago (773) 588-CANS Map
Our favorite Barleywine returns alongside a tremendous treatment of Deth and a former variant’s graduation into the main Deep Wood lineup.
Straight Jacket is Straight Jacket. And that’s all we’ve really needed to say lately about our beloved English-style Barleywine. Oaky, compelling, and endlessly intriguing. This year’s is shaping up to be an all-timer.
Vanilla Deth takes a perfectly blended Imperial Oatmeal Stout and employs hand-split vanilla beans to deepen the wood-derived complexities.
Blackberry Finn is a new graduate to the Deep Wood Series after life as one of our most popular variants. It’s a fully double barreled beer that stands mighty against a staggering volume of unfermented blackberries. The result is regal enough to pour a spectacular purple.
As with recent releases, these beers will be sold via preorder on our webstore the Tuesday of the release week for pickups starting that Friday.
Curbside and walk-up pickups will be available, and the Taproom will be open with variants pouring.
PRICES AND LIMITS
Straight Jacket – $25/four-pack, no limit
Vanilla Deth – $40/four-pack, limit 3
Blackberry Finn – $40/four-pack, limit 2

4:00 pm • Firkin Friday – Revolution Working Woman Cask Tapping
The Olympic Tavern, 2327 N. Main St., Rockford, IL 815-962-8758 Map
It’s been a LONG time since we’ve had a cask offered to us, so let’s throw a Friday cask tapping with a freshly filled firkin of Revolution Brewing’s Working Woman Brown Ale! We’ll tap into this on Friday November 19th at 4pm and it’ll last until…. it’s gone!
PS: *This is not a keg. This is a cask (or firkin) of naturally conditioned real ale. The final fermentation occurs inside this container, meaning the beer inside is ALIVE. Expect a lower level of carbonation and softer malt flavors and aromas. Casks take a extra care and handling compared to kegged beer. We think it’s delicious and worth it.
From the Rev Website:
Working Woman is an American Brown Ale with a dry, toasty malt flavor and piney, floral aromas from Glacier and Centennial hops. It’s a bigger, stronger, hoppier, more bitter version of the Workingman Mild – the beer that started the Revolution!
