Oswego Brewing Co., 61 S. Main St., Oswego, IL (331) 999-1991 Map
Thank you all for spending the weekend with us and drinking Cart Path Shandy and the Farmland Saison. But now, time to announce our upcoming DOUBLE BEER RELEASE! This Friday at 2 PM, come and get:
1. Things We Don’t Say – Outside of this beer being a purely delicious hazy IPA with Azacca, El Dorado and Cashmere hops, it is a beer with a purpose. It is delicious and the message is beautiful.
We all have friends, family, and perhaps during over the past year ourselves, are harboring feelings, emotions and sentiments that we choose to stifle. We feel we need to remain strong although we feel ourselves about to crack. As our good friend Joel Frieders and the folks at Hope For The Day tell us, “it’s okay not to be okay”. It’s okay to talk about the “The Things We Don’t Say.” There is hope. There are folks that care about you. In cans and on draft. AND We’re donating $1 per pint sold in the taproom to Hope for the Day
2. Floating the Fox – We partnered with our good friends at Riverlands Brewing Co., up the river from us, to bring you this light and refreshing lager. We’re not saying you have to Float the Fox to enjoy this deliciousness, but it will certainly bring that relaxed float trip feel to your weekend. Offered in cans and on draft!

Bombers & Draft of El Chango Loco, an imperial Gose clocking in at 8.3% ABV that was aged for 6 months in Mexican Reposado Tequila Barrels w/Lime. Tastes like a margarita but with a slightly sour kick.
Tone Capone’s Tacos will be here also serving up their delicious tacos beginning at 5pm.
We will have a special slushie beer that day as we will take El Chango Loco and add more margarita flavor to create the ultimate beer slushie for Cinco De Mayo(on the 7th)

On Mother’s Day at dusk, they’ll be presenting LUMINARIA at Lake Ellyn Park — a beautiful display of luminaries lighting up the park in memory of the moms who are no longer with us.
Ali from empowerHER will be at our Pop-Up Shop spreading the word about this special event. If you want to purchase a luminaria in memory of – or in honor of – your mom (or any special mom in your life), you’ll be able to do so at the Pop-Up for a suggested donation of $25. A calligrapher will be on-hand, personalizing your bag, and then setting it up at Lake Ellyn Park for you.
At The Beer Cellar, this cause is near and dear to our hearts. We’re happy to support the important work of empowerHER by donating 10% of our sales on May 8.
