A man has been charged with a fatal shooting in April in Pullman on the Far South Side.
Jawaunn Jackson, 22, is facing a felony count of first-degree murder, according to Chicago police.
Two people fired at 21-year-old Eugene Broach about 3:50 p.m. April 5 as he ran south in the 12000 block of South Lowe Avenue, police said. He was struck multiple times and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead.
Jackson was taken into custody Friday in the 10300 block of South King Drive, police said.
He is due in bond court Wednesday.
