Matt Nagy was a terrible coach for the Chicago Bears in every season except one. In that one, he was a rookie coach who went 12-4 en route to an NFC North title and a Coach of the Year Award. Since then, he was brutal.
Because of this, the Bears fired him after the disaster that was the 2021-22 season in which the Bears went under .500 and missed the playoffs. Ryan Pace was also fired as the general manager and one of his biggest faults was keeping Nagy for too long. They were replaced by coach Matt Eberflus and GM Ryan Poles.
