PHOTOS: Fallout in Chicago during protests of the death of George Floyd
In Chicago, crowds swelled in demonstration in response to the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25.
In announcing curfew Saturday, Mayor Lori Lightfoot said she was “disgusted.” She said she had seen protesters use pipes, bats, hammers and other objects to damage property.
