Has it really been seven years since we’ve heard new music from Adam Duritz and company? Their new single is “Elevator Boots,” and it’s classic Counting Crows.” On May 21 they will release a four-song EP called, BUTTER MIRACLE, SUITE ONE, and they might even tour behind it. This is great news!

[embedded content]The boys from Felt return with “Heavy D,” an island jam with dancehall singer Collie Buddz. Does this mean they are recording a new album? Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
[embedded content]COIN drops another mellow jam on us, as they’ve perfected their own version of chillwave. Really though, they do some fun stuff, and I’ve been writing about them for over a year now, so check them out.
Your Jazz Cut Of The Week is a silky one called “Letter To Paul,” by John Patitucci, and a gang of jazz all-stars. Sit back, let this one rip, and dig those horns.
