Your Place
Your gifts and talents will never ever go to waste. It’s all about the place you’re in. Sometimes, you have to get in the right place for the right people to recognize what you’re capable of and to call on you. When you’re acknowledged and the spotlight shines on you, you better be ready. It’s easy to be lax in an environment where the best of you is not being brought out of you. That doesn’t diminish your skillset. A judge doesn’t lose his ability to rule when he’s outside a courtroom, a doctor is not in his glory outside of a hospital, and yet a chef still has the recipe even when he’s not in the kitchen. Get in the place, your place, where what you have is needed.
